These Terms govern the relationship between SEOProGenius (Via Arbia, 31, 59100 Prato (PO), Italy, info@seoprogenius.com) and any person or business that purchases services from seoprogenius.com.
SEOProGenius provides digital SEO services including technical SEO audits, keyword architecture, organic growth retainers, e-commerce SEO, editorial link acquisition, and local SEO. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are provided.
Orders are placed via seoprogenius.com and paid through Stripe. An order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. Prices are in EUR.
One-time services are delivered within the timelines stated on the relevant service page. Monthly services begin within 2 business days of order confirmation. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
You agree to provide accurate contact information and grant access to required tools (such as Google Search Console read access) within a reasonable timeframe.
Written reports and strategy documents produced by SEOProGenius become your property on full payment.
SEOProGenius is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We do not guarantee specific ranking positions. We guarantee documented work, honest reporting, and transparent communication.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prato, Italy.
